Ineu Community Forest – A Greener Future Together!
Today, we took a significant step toward a healthier environment! With the incredible support of Celestica – to whom we extend our special thanks – as well as our partners from the Ineu Municipality, the Department of Forestry and Forest Engineering in Oradea, and everyone involved, the Ineu Community Forest has come to life!
5,000 saplings were planted over 1 hectare, with the help of over 100 volunteers from Celestica. The species planted – black walnut, pedunculate oak, and red oak – will form a forest that will benefit not only nature but also the local community.
This initiative is much more than just a tree-planting event – it’s about people coming together for a common goal, about education, recreation, and a sustainable future. Those who contributed today will be able to enjoy this green and peaceful space, and future generations will continue to be nourished by the forest’s beauty and resources.
And this is just the beginning! We aim to mobilize more and more volunteers and partners to expand this forest and inspire as many communities as possible.
